Philadelphia Street Litter Index and Creek Watersheds

This map shows Philadelphia’s creek watersheds and Street Litter Index.

Philadelphia areas not within a watershed boundary flow directly to Schuylkill or Delaware Rivers.

The Tookany-Tacony-Frankford and Cobbs Creeks are said to be highly littered. This map helps to show why.

Notice how the Pennypack, Poquessing and Wissahickon Creeks have less highly littered areas than TTF and Cobbs Creeks. More evidence that Philadelphia litter is definitely hurting our creeks.
