“As I have stated many times before, blight is unacceptable in Philadelphia. In order for us to be the world-class city that we can be, we cannot allow homes to slip into disrepair. And, those who do not abide anti-blight laws will be held responsible, no matter who they are.” Councilwoman Cindy Bass, District 8

At 610 E. Allens La. the property is inn total disrepair. Supposedly, it has gone into foreclosure, but no information stating who is responsible for its upkeep is available. For over two years the deterioration has continued. Calls to 311, attendance at court hearings by neighbors and out reach to State Representative Parker’s office have not helped. PLEASE ADVISE!
